SoCo is a personal workspace, not a team surveillance layer. Calendar access is read-only, and your data can be exported or deleted from Preferences.
The AI stays accountable.
Task changes stay visible and editable. When timing is uncertain or the day is full, SoCo should explain the tradeoff instead of silently overloading Today.
